Product Details

• Type: Thinned surfacer in aerosol spray can
• Application: Shake well before use
• Spray distance: Hold the can approximately 20–25 cm from the part’s surface
• Finish: Roughly equivalent to a #1000 sanded surface

This aerosol surfacer comes pre-thinned and ready to spray, making it convenient for priming model kit parts before painting.

This surfacer includes primer components and is matched to the anti-rust colour commonly used as a base coat for tanks.

• It allows you to prepare the base surface in one step, so you can move on to painting the exterior in less time.
• Because it contains primer, it can also be used directly on metal parts, including photo-etched parts and other metal components.

Notes

• For best results, avoid applying surfacer or primer in high-humidity environments.
• Lower grit surfacers create a rougher finish with stronger coverage, requiring fewer coats to hide the underlayer.
• Higher grit surfacers create a finer finish with lighter coverage, usually requiring more coats to fully hide the underlayer.
