[ ! ] All resin kits are counted and inspected upon arrival . There are situations where we would open a pocket to examine the part's integrity close up, and these kits will be accompanied by a note for explanation
[ ! ] Although we check every kit manually, in situations where we've missed a broken/missing part, please contact us and we'll get in touch with the manufacturer for a replacement part. This process may take up to two months
[ ! ] We strongly suggest those with no prior experience with Resin Kits to do their own research beforehand and reach out to us with questions prior to making a purchase. The process of building a resin conversion kit can be extremely tedious depending on the specific kit itself and often requires extensive efforts in sanding, fixing, re-scribing, masking and sometimes modifications of the base kit. Patience is a must
