This is a mahogany-colored, dark brown surfacer.

• It prepares and smooths the surface while also creating a dark brown base coat that works as a shadow color.
• When the main color is painted over it, the final finish gains added depth and richness.

Product Details

• Type: Thinned surfacer in aerosol spray can
• Application: Shake well before use
• Spray distance: Hold the can approximately 20–25 cm from the part’s surface
• Finish: Roughly equivalent to a #1000 sanded surface

This aerosol surfacer comes pre-thinned and ready to spray, making it convenient for priming model kit parts before painting.

To preserve the primer’s surface texture, only sand primed surfaces with sandpaper finer than #1000.

Notes

• For best results, avoid applying surfacer or primer in high-humidity environments.
• Lower grit surfacers create a rougher finish with stronger coverage, requiring fewer coats to hide the underlayer.
• Higher grit surfacers create a finer finish with lighter coverage, usually requiring more coats to fully hide the underlayer.
