"MGEX" by BANDAI SPIRITS leverages accumulated technology and combines different materials to challenge the "ultimate expression" of Mobile Suits (MS) based on a set "theme" for each unit. The debut theme for MGEX is the "limit of luminescent mechanisms."
Meticulously calculated "structure" combined with a new LED unit allows for luminescent expressions.
Button operation enables the illumination of eyes, main head camera, and subsequent luminescence of the main psycho-frame in red and green, with the option for varying intensity.
The newly adopted "Flexible LED Sheet" ensures ease of assembly and space efficiency.
This technology serves as the foundation for achieving the Unicorn Gundam's unprecedented transformation, luminescence, color variation, and articulation in unison.
The overall proportions, fully supervised by Hajime Katoki, are meticulously crafted with new moldings.
Using lead wires, it is possible to illuminate the clear parts of the shield placed away from the main body.
Water-transfer decals, including original plastic model designs, are included.
The dedicated MS cage stores the battery box for the lighting unit, features position adjustments for support pillars, and holds weapons.
Requires three alkaline AA batteries (sold separately) for luminescent reproduction.
