Decided to build my first Zaku and wanted something really nice so I picked up this resin kit. YJL absolutely did WORK with this kit. It's not overly complicated but they crammed in a bunch of details on the kit. The quality of the cast was top notch and it was a lot of fun to customize. Barely even needed to glue anything. Can't recommend this enough for someone who wants to try working with resin, would make a great entry kit.

Just the right amount of details for someone new to resin

This kit is an amazing beginner resin conversion kit. All of the pieces were accounted for and the presentation and quality of the packaging is really something. If you're looking to dip your toes into the world of resin conversion kits this a great one to start out with!

This resin conversion kit is one of the greats. While I'm not personally a big fan of the Zaku ii looks, I wanted something to really try out resin, and this seemed like a great kit to start out! I ended up doing some further modifications (I used some of the resin 3D parts from GZ Studios and some Hi-Q pipe parts), but as long as you're painting, there's no real need for it. I will say that Yujiao Land seems to always give generic decals, so you'll want to source some of your own. Also typical of Yujiao Land, the cast was pretty good, and very minimal clean up was required! Virtually no modification was required to the base kit, and all the resin pieces are direct replacements for the kit's armour pieces. All in all, a great build, and I highly recommend it for people wanting to give resin a shot!
