There's a reason why it's cheap - it's cost efficient so you won't have to worry about it breaking
Alternatively, it can be your first pair of nippers if you're just trying out the hobby and don't intend to invest a lot until you decide to stick with the hobby
Assuming you're a beginner, even if you do eventually quit the hobby, you can still keep this nipper around in your house and use it for other tasks such as cutting brass wires. It'll probably last you a good few days before it breaks down
To summarize: Cheap for a reason, but nonetheless still a good addition to your tool box
